So this was the point i decided to press ok on the download failure prompt and tried the download again and this time it didn't get stuck at around midway at like 2270 or something and kept going past the point. If you already have NoxPlayer on PC, click 'Download APK', then drag and drop the file to the emulator to install. Once installation completes, play the game on PC.

So when the download got to 100% i continued waiting when i noticed the screen got dimmer, i assumed this was because another download failed prompt popped up so i waited a bit longer and the screen got even more dim this time, like so dim i could just barely see the download bar. Click 'Download on PC' to download NoxPlayer and apk file at the same time. So then i waited until the download was at 100% all while the download failed prompt was on my screen (that means don't press "ok" when it pops up). When it said download failed, my download bar at the bottom kept going (so if this doesn't happen for you, this probably wont be any help).
