For every rune you make, you will be awarded a certain number of Runespan points, described in the rewards section. For success, you will be rewarded with a decent amount of experience, and a rune in your inventory from the creature. Failure will ward either no experience or very little experience. You will constantly attempt to siphon energy, and the attempt will either succeed or fail. To do so, simply choose the "Siphon" option when clicking on a creature, and you will begin channelling their energy into your rune essence, creating runes. If you have more than twenty-five essence you will have to obtain more essence from siphoning creatures!Īll of the creatures in the Runespan are imbued with powerful runic energy, ready to be taken and turned into runes. Taking from the floating essence will set your inventory essence count to twenty-five, no matter how much you were previously carrying. You will enter the Runespan with nothing, so you will need to collect some essence from the floating essence scattered around the area before you can get started. To do so, you need rune essence and the required Runecrafting level, depending on the runic creatures you want to siphon. Your task is to siphon energy from the various creatures in the Runespan and create runes for the guild. Runesphere Active: This icon will appear when a Runesphere is currently active in the Runespan. There are three levels, each with increasingly rewarding activities. Considering the player base is not exactly large, some items from minigames for example the Runecrafting robes, Hat, top, legs, gloves - Hat had a right click option when worn to toggle the spectacles on the eyes or on the hat these are the robes I am speaking of These robes were a shop item from the minigame The Great Orb Project very fun minigame that no one plays anymore :,(Īdding these robes would be a neat feature due to their unique look and maybe even add custom benefits to the robe pieces and an overall benefit for wearing a complete robe set(Same color) for use when runecrafting for example, allowing players to make more runes from an essence/pure, giving more xp etc.Ĭould also add the Master Runecrafter set, also from The Great Orb Project - And give them better benefits than the regular runecrafting robes.Īdd in Talisman staff's to the shop also, and as stated above can have the wicked staffs also and the robes so forth in the shop also, with the talisman staff possibly make it so, when worn you gain more xp/runes for crafting said rune whilst wearing the same staff, example Instead of crafting 1 of earth runes, and getting 100 xp wear the earth talisman staff, and craft 10 earth runes, 1k xp(Not saying these are the actual xp drops for an earth rune just using this as an example.Due to recent theories that the rune altars may not last forever, Wizard Finix of the Runecrafting Guild has been conducting extensive research on alternative runecrafting methods.
